How It Works
1. Tell us about your caravan

Caravan removed from site — stopping ongoing pitch fees.

4. You get paid
After selling, we deduct costs + % of agreed profit only.

Service Provided
The company agrees to:
• Collect and transport the caravan from its current location.
• Market and sell the caravan at the best achievable market price.
• Provide transparent communication throughout the sale process.
• Deduct only agreed costs and commission before issuing payment to customer.
Costs and Commission
• Transportation and removal costs will be deducted from final sale amount.
• Repairs or refurbishment (only with customer approval) will be deducted.
• A one-off £200 storage charge will be deducted.
• An agreed commission fee % applies on profit only (sale price minus costs).
• No commission is charged if the caravan does not sell
Customer Payment
Payment will be transferred to the customer within 3-5 working days of the completed sale.
Customer Responsibilities
Customer confirms that they are the legal owner of the caravan.
Customer agrees caravan is free of outstanding finance or existing site fees.
Customer must provide access for removal, and supply accurate information.
Cancellation Rights
The customer may cancel any time before collection and marketing begins. Once the caravan is removed, cancellation will incur transport/return & storage cost recovery.
